ABOUT ANKAEMS

ANKAEMS was established in 2017 with the aim of producing products for low-voltage, medium-voltage, and high-voltage electrical systems, and continues its operations in Ankara Malıköy Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone on a total area of 20,000 m2 with 18,000 m2 of covered space. With our state-of-the-art machinery infrastructure and qualified workforce, the products we design, manufacture, and sell include:

Type tests for all our products have been completed in accredited laboratories in accordance with national and international standards.

• SILICONE COMPOSITE INSULATORS

ANKAEMS produces silicon composite insulators in two main categories.

1. Suspension and Tension Insulators (from 12 kV to 550 kV) (Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation Transmission Lines and Power Transmission Lines, Special Projects)

2. Railway Insulators (52 kV) (TCDD Conventional and High-Speed Train Projects)

In addition, mold design is performed for products outside of the specified product groups, offering alternative solutions tailored to customer requirements.

• EXTERNAL TYPE SEPARATORS

The “VAEST” series of external type disconnectors and load disconnectors are specifically designed for railway lines according to the TS EN 62271-103 standard. All designs have been tested and verified in accredited laboratories both domestically and internationally. Production is carried out in different types to meet customer needs. Approximately 5000 “VAEST” manufactured disconnectors and load disconnectors are currently operating in our railway system through TCDD (Turkish State Railways) projects. As with all our product groups, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with fast after-sales technical service, installation, and supervision services.

• AIR-INSULATED CELLS WITH METAL ENCLOSURE

ANKA-MH series air-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is a group of switching and control systems designed for use in medium-voltage power distribution installations up to 36 kV. The design of the switchgear has been verified by testing in accredited laboratories both domestically and internationally according to the TS EN 62271-200 (IEC 62271-200) standard. Designed with a modular structure, different types of switchgear are available to meet the functional requirements of customers.

• MONOBLOC CONCRETE COMPACT CENTERS

ANKA-MKM series Monoblock Concrete Compact Centers are designed for use in system voltages up to 36 kV, featuring a concrete enclosure, monoblock, and compact design, in accordance with the TS EN 62271-202 standard and the relevant TEDAŞ MYD specifications. All necessary type tests have been completed in accredited laboratories both domestically and internationally. ANKAEMS, which contributes to employment through its domestic production, aims to eliminate dependence on foreign sources for materials used in energy systems and to increase its export capacity, primarily to Turkic Republics, in the coming period.
