Berdan Cıvata, possessing system and product certifications such as TSE, ISO 9001, CE, GOST, AD 2000 W, ISO EN 14399 – 10 HRC and Ü, has the richest and first and only accredited testing laboratory in this sector in Turkey, according to ISO EN 17025. Test reports from the Berdan testing laboratory are valid in all countries worldwide.
Berdan Cıvata, a member of the Rail Systems Cluster ARUS, is able to produce bolts of all qualities according to international standards for rail systems, and can apply electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, and zinc lamellar coating to these products against corrosion as needed. In its laboratory, it can perform corrosion tests on bolts and nuts for 2500-6500 hours using a salt spray test device, as seen in projects such as TANAP or the Anamur Cyprus Peace Water Project. Producing fasteners of various diameters and qualities for rail systems, Berdan Cıvata exports nearly half of its products to industrialized countries in the EU. An approved supplier in Turkey for giant wind turbine manufacturers in Asia, America, and EU countries, Berdan Cıvata also produced the 10-meter long and 780 kg bolts supporting the steel piers of the Izmit Bay Bridge, and is currently the only bolt and nut manufacturer in Turkey to have received the Turquality Certificate.
