Established in 2012 under the umbrella of Durmazlar Holding, Duray Transportation Systems Industry and Trade Inc. manufactures bogies and body frames, the most fundamental components of rail system vehicles. Since its inception, Duray Transportation Systems has continuously enhanced its experience through collaborations with global giant manufacturers, carrying out all stages of part manufacturing in-house, from sheet metal cutting to assembly, welding, machining, sandblasting, and painting.

Duray Transportation Systems holds the EN 15085-2 CL1 certification, a mandatory certification for EU railway vehicle and component manufacturers worldwide, including in Turkey. All bogies and body frames manufactured on the serial production line undergo 100% leak testing before being straightened and balanced.

Workpieces, then attached to specially designed machining fixtures, are processed on one 5-axis, vertical, CNC machining center with 8000 mm X-axis movement, 1° accuracy, and 0.001 mm axis control, and one 5-axis, boring, rotary table CNC machining center with 12000 mm X-axis movement, 1° accuracy, and 0.001 mm axis control, by experienced and expert personnel in metal processing, meeting customer demands. The suitability of each product is confirmed by checking it with a precise mobile 3D measuring device. With its flexible paint shop structure, all types of body frames and bogies can be sandblasted according to international standards, and water-based or solvent-based paint applications can be performed.
