ESTABLISHMENT
The Eskişehir Chamber of Industry was established in 1968 based on Law No. 5174 and continues its activities within the framework of this law. In addition to its public identity gained through being established under a law, it is also a professional institution representing the private sector on every platform.
In addition to supporting the activities of the industrial sector it represents, ESO is also obligated to fulfill the legal responsibilities assigned to it, as listed below. ESO also operates with the awareness of being a civil society organization with a responsibility towards the community.
ESO'S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ESO fulfills the duties assigned to it by Law No. 5174.
To work towards and lead the development of industry in a way that benefits the country and the region,
To provide and deliver all kinds of professional information needed by the industry to its members,
To conduct all kinds of research, studies and statistical work related to the industry,
To fulfill the duties determined by the laws and the Ministry of Industry and Trade,
To take mandatory professional decisions and provide opinions to relevant units on matters related to professional activities,
To conduct training and awareness activities through courses, seminars, conferences and working groups,
To ensure the establishment and management of organized industrial zones,
The services offered by the Eskişehir Chamber of Industry to its members are generally grouped into two main categories.
The first category includes services provided based on reporting obligations arising from legal regulations.
The second type of services are those carried out to support the competitiveness and industrial activities of Chamber members.
These services can be classified under six main headings. These are:
