Özbir Vagon

Established in 2006 in Arifiye district of Sakarya, our company aims to carry out the maintenance, repair and modernization of all types of vehicles used in rail transportation, one of the most popular modes of mass transit. With 15,000 m² of open space and 8,500 m² of covered area, our company serves the sector near the Ankara-Istanbul railway line. Our company also manufactures electrical and mechanical equipment, primarily welded constructions, for railway vehicles, and has adopted the philosophy of meeting customer demands and expectations at the highest level by applying relevant norms and standards.

Initially conceived solely for the maintenance and repair of railway vehicles, our company, thanks to visionary management, has expanded its production range and become a leading company in the sector. The dedicated work of our engineers and technicians has increased efficiency and variety in manufacturing. Now, beyond repairs, we can manufacture and test all kinds of mechanical and electrical parts for new vehicles. We have progressed from conventional wagon repair to the production of parts and equipment for modern train sets, and even to the complete assembly of wagons. Throughout this process, Özbir Vagon, prioritizing innovative work, has successfully collaborated with prestigious Turkish institutions such as KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK. Furthermore, in these collaborations, we aim to ensure that innovations are in line with scientific principles and standards by partnering with public and private institutions.
