Öztiryakiler, established in 1958, is one of Turkey's first manufacturers in the kitchen equipment sector. Initially operating in a 50 m² workshop, Öztiryakiler today serves its customers with 1300 employees across 10 group companies in a 149,500 m² covered production area.

With 4 regional offices, 60 dealers, and 64 authorized service centers in Turkey, Öztiryakiler has a widespread marketing and after-sales service network and is the market leader in the industrial kitchen sector in the domestic market. In the international market, it serves more than 100 countries on 5 continents with its distribution channels and authorized service centers and is among the top 15 companies in its sector worldwide.

Öztiryakiler has showrooms and warehouses in Russia and Kazakhstan with sales, marketing, and project teams, as well as a 10,000 m² production facility in Russia. With its production technologies and machinery, Öztiryakiler possesses the most advanced applications and production technologies known worldwide in the sector. Its R&D, product development, and engineering units, along with its strong laboratory, conduct project design and implementation related to product and process development studies, supported by technical universities and TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey). For its original designs, innovative products, and product features, Öztiryakiler has received awards from the Turkish Patent Institute as one of the companies with the most industrial design registrations, utility models, and patents in the sector. Öztiryakiler serves the industrial kitchen sector, primarily in hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HoReCa), as well as pastry shops, military kitchens, mobile field kitchens and equipment, hospital equipment, school and factory kitchens. With over 4750 product varieties in the storage, preparation, cooking, transport, and serving equipment product groups, the company provides planning, production, and service support for all processes from the design and installation of kitchens to training and commissioning.

Products manufactured by Öztiryakiler, primarily appliances, are tested and certified by international certification centers both within the company and in external laboratories. The company holds certifications for over 2000 products and product groups, including CE for the European market, ETL and NSF for the American market, and EAC (Customs Union Certificate) for Russia, among others, valid for both national and export markets.

Öztiryakiler, which certified its product and management systems with the ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate in 1998, is one of the first 34 companies to receive the TURQUALTY certificate and a second 5-year period of approval from the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, within the scope of the "Creating 10 World Brands in 10 Years" project, for companies that sell products with their own unique brand to the international market and can ensure brand performance within the framework of corporate governance principles.
