Founded in 2003 as RC Engineering to design and manufacture railway and road vehicles and their components, our company has succeeded in becoming one of the leading manufacturers in our sector by continuously expanding its product range and production capacity.

In 2016, RC Endüstri Ulaşım Araçları A.Ş. joined Erciyas Holding, one of Turkey's leading industrial groups, and, empowered by Erciyas Holding, focused its strategy and vision on the future of railway vehicle development and production in our country.

In Sakarya and Sivas, two important intersection points on our country's railway network, wagon production and maintenance are carried out in a total of 4 factories with a closed area of 30,000 m².

Our company, which follows the future trends of the sector, develops projects in wagon design with its experienced engineering team, considering the concepts of low cost, more environmentally friendly, lighter, long-lasting and logistical efficiency in R&D studies. During these studies, we also collaborate with faculty members from technical universities.

Our facilities, where we manufacture all types of freight and passenger wagon chassis, car bodies, and bogie parts, stand out with our modern machinery and automation investments.

Our integrated sandblasting and painting line, featuring 25-meter cabins; a 48-meter robotic welding system equipped with pulse technology that enables precise and high-quality welding of aluminum and steel products; and a 26-meter-long 5-axis CNC machine, the largest and most modern machining center in Turkey and Europe, serve our customers.

We carry out our production processes in accordance with all national and international management, quality, production, and maintenance certifications, including TSI, IRIS, ECM, EN15085, ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO14001.
