TRTEST Test and Evaluation Inc. is a company established through a partnership between the Presidency of Defence Industries, the Turkish Standards Institute, TUBITAK, the Turkish Armed Forces Strengthening Foundation, and STM. TRTEST operates in the public and private sectors, focusing on creating an inventory of existing test infrastructure; enabling tests that cannot be performed domestically; and resolving all needs from production to verification using Turkish capabilities. Furthermore, the "Online Test Portal" developed within TRTEST facilitates a platform where companies requiring testing services and those with testing infrastructure can connect. Through the inventory work initiated by TRTEST, approximately 90% of the tests required by defense industry companies (basic standards such as "MILSTD 810, RTCA DO 160, MIL STD 461") for products under 1 m³ can be met domestically.

Within the scope of the Cybersecurity Products Testing and Certification Project, products from manufacturers in the Firewall, SIEM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Governance Risk Compliance, Cyber Threat Intelligence Endpoint Security, Secure Messaging, Identity and Access Management, Video Conferencing, and IoT product groups are evaluated by TRTEST and its authorized subcontractors according to established criteria and test methodologies. Products that successfully pass the tests are awarded a TRTEST Product Conformity Certificate by TRTEST. Furthermore, TRTEST Test and Evaluation Inc. issues TRTEST Approved Product Certificates for products used in the defense industry by applying verification methods and test procedures according to specified criteria.
