Yapı Merkezi İDİS (Monitoring, Control & Communication Systems) Inc. was established in 2012 with the aim of strengthening Yapı Merkezi's ability and expertise in delivering innovative, cost-effective, and award-winning projects in the road and rail transportation sectors.

YM IDIS aims to enhance Yapı Merkezi's extensive Systems Engineering knowledge and its ability to provide solutions to complex problems in large transportation projects.

Main business objectives:

• To offer competitive products and solutions to its customers without compromising on safety and advanced technology.

• To become the preferred supplier in its field by designing and integrating system solutions with maximum efficiency and optimum cost.

• To be the preferred employer by providing a motivating, exciting, healthy, and safe working environment.

• To optimize the environmental performance of the projects it is a part of and the systems it provides solutions for.

YM IDIS collaborates with sister companies and technological solution partners to overcome the challenges posed by changes in Information and Communication Technology, strengthen Yapı Merkezi's leadership in the transportation industry, and pioneer advancements in Information and Communication Technology and Control Systems engineering applications in the sector in which it operates.

Research and development will always be a priority for YM IDIS. To this end, YM IDIS has been continuing its work on the development of new generation low-cost railway signaling and control systems at its technology center on the Istanbul Technical University campus since the third quarter of 2013.
