We are an exporting company that conducts R&D, design, and production for important organizations in the Turkish market, including TCDD, TÜVASAŞ, TÜLOMSAŞ, EGO-ANKARAY, İSTANBUL ULAŞIM, T.C. Karayolları Genel Müdürlüğü (İETT, Private Public Buses, Rail Systems), Adana Ulaşım, BMC buses, Iveco Export Buses, Mercedes Axor, and FNS defense industry systems.

Our continuous pursuit of research and innovation has helped us develop technology and has made YAZ-KAR a significant player in the Turkish market. YAZKAR A.Ş.'s new company, YAZKAR R&D and TECHNOLOGY Inc., in collaboration with Sakarya University's TEKNO-KENT, designs and tests rail system air conditioning, door and vacuum toilet systems, vehicle refrigeration units, and commercial vehicle air conditioning. Recently, thanks to the R&D work of our engineers, YAZ-KAR's specially designed YZK-800 model rail system metro air conditioning unit has been serving the residents of Ankara for two years in the EGO-ANKARAY rail system vehicles belonging to the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

With this state-of-the-art, fully automatic air conditioner, designed by YAZ-KAR to be the world's slimmest metro air conditioner in its segment at just 22cm in height, the company has once again proven its experience, engineering, and technological strength to the world. YAZKAR A.Ş. has begun air conditioner installations in 104 ABB vehicles for Istanbul Transportation Inc., as well as in TCDD revision and TÜLOMSAŞ projects. Thousands of YazKar air conditioners have been installed in Istanbul Transportation, Ankaray-EGO, TCDD, Tuvasaş, Tülomsaş, and other organizations. These fully automatic air conditioners calculate the optimum temperature inside the vehicle based on the air temperature, providing cooling and heating accordingly. This also prevents drafts and noise from entering through the constantly open train windows. As a result of its partnership with ASAŞ, a reputable Turkish company group, in 2012, YAZ-KAR has become one of the leading domestic and international companies in its sector through new investments and projects.

Our new factory, with a 2,500 m2 covered area, built on a 20,000 m2 plot of land owned by ASAŞ GROUP in the Adapazarı-Arifiye region, became fully operational in 2014. At the YAZKAR Arifiye factory, YAZKAR provides a testing environment for its own equipment and similar companies with its state-of-the-art test rooms, built at high cost and equipped with the latest technology in Türkiye and the world, for rail systems and commercial vehicles. EVAC is a global technology leader in vacuum toilet systems. ASAŞ/YAZ-KAR is the Turkish distributor and localization partner of EVAC, and is a specialist supplier of integrated systems and components used in sanitary modules for trains and buses from Germany-based EVAC. EVAC continuously improves its products in terms of functionality and reducing total cost. EVAC generates ideas through R&D in its segment and develops easily marketable products using modern technology. EVAC utilizes its versatile experience to develop new services and is capable of meeting customer requirements. YAZKAR holds CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and EN 15085 certifications and is in the final stages of obtaining IRIS and ISO 16949 certifications.
