As ARUS, we held a meeting with the CCI France Vietnam team to discuss developments in Vietnam’s railway sector and VRT & CON 2026.
During the meeting, Vietnam’s upcoming investments in high-speed rail, urban rail systems and logistics infrastructure, as well as potential cooperation opportunities for the Turkish railway industry, were discussed. The possibilities for ARUS and its member companies to participate in VRT & CON 2026 were also evaluated.
With more than EUR 100 billion in planned railway investments for the 2026–2035 period, Vietnam offers significant market potential in areas such as rolling stock, signalling and digital systems, engineering services, smart mobility, operations and maintenance. VRT & CON 2026, to be held in Hanoi on 8–10 October 2026, is expected to bring together 15,000–18,000 visitors and more than 400 exhibitors.
The meeting also included an exchange of information on the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) opportunities offered by CCI France Vietnam, including B2B matchmaking, market research and local business connections. As ARUS, we will continue to closely monitor the railway market in Vietnam and Southeast Asia to support our members in accessing international markets and developing new business partnerships.
