Anatolian Rail Transportation Systems Cluster International Competitiveness Development Project-III
Within the scope of the "Communiqué on Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness" (UR-GE) published by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, projects are being carried out to enable our companies to expand abroad in the rail systems sector.
The project aims to ensure the sustainable increase of exports of our companies to countries with high growth rates and relatively low market share in Turkey, to align the internal structures of companies with export strategies, to increase the export-oriented human resource competence of companies, to provide companies with systematic foreign trade and market research capabilities, and to enable them to start exporting to targeted new markets.
The companies involved in the project are expected to carry out export-oriented actions and activities such as joint needs analysis, training and consultancy, and joint marketing (promotion, branding, trade delegations, desk-based business meetings) under the leadership of the ARUS Cluster. 75% of the project costs are covered by the Ministry of Trade, and the remaining 25% by the participating companies.
Two UR-GE projects have been completed, and the third UR-GE project is ongoing.
